Share your dreams with us and we will take you through programing & feasibility, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting & bidding, and finally construction administration. Of course not all clients need full service, therefore we offer curated solutions for each project.

Every project needs different consultants for project success. These could include civil & structural engineers, MEP engineers, geotechnical engineers, interior designers, historic consultants, lighting and acoustic designers, envelope specialists, and more. We evaluate each project individually, and provide a comprehensive design team recommendation to the clients, prior to project initiation.

We are passionate about human centered design, protecting the environment, diversity & inclusion, and building science & resiliency. We apply these principles with design theories and practices, including but not limited to WELL AP, to ensure each project is creating an outstanding and high performing built environment. Collectively, we spend about 90% of our lives indoors, therefore we take our job seriously to design for health and vitality.

Community building, literally and figuratively, is a cornerstone of our practice. Every year, our goal is provide architectural services, pro-bono, to our communities in need. The amount we give changes per circumstance, but at a minimum, we like to give 10% of our time. Previous projects have included non-profit work, individual hardships, and community lead initiatives.

We have a variety of past projects. Our commercial experiences include swinging bridges to 20 acre hotel projects. We’ve worked on single and multi-family residential developments ranging from 4 units to 300 units. Additionally, we have designed main street retail buildings, private airport hangers, mortuaries, historic renovations, office buildings, and more. Additionally, we have designed many custom homes, and renovations.

Trusting your architect is very important. We are here to protect and promote occupants health, safety, and welfare. We will always put environmental psychology, quality, longevity, and social responsibility first. We also expect the same from our clients. A successful project is delivered when the architect and client can trust each other through the, sometimes stressful, process.
